Yes, Usain was gifted with natural talents and abilities.
However, he strived to be the best on and off the track. He drove himself tirelessly with dedication, hard work and discipline. He has become a great role model for young people where he models sportsmanship and team work.
For himself he set goals, overcame obstacles, persevered thru setbacks, used mental preparation techniques for races, developed an unwavering mindset and belief in himself, and never doubted he would be successful.
