New questions to be asked, embraced, and loved. Answers to be discovered and then lived in this transformative year of delight and self-discovery. Today carve out a quiet interlude for yourself in which to dream, pen in hand. Only dreams give birth to change." ~ Sarah Ban Breathnac  "You’ll never … [Read more...]

Did you give up too? How can we resent the life we've created for ourselves? Who's to blame, who's to credit, but us? Who can change it, any time we … [Read more...]

There’s really no limit to what you can do." ~ Dr. Seuss  "We will open the book. It’s pages are blank. We are going to put the words on the pages ourselves. The … [Read more...]

One Million. Right, most of us think right away of money. One Million Dollars. A Million Bucks. Not a problem with the thought, however, it is not the topic for this article. The question is what have you done intentionally a million times?  Or maybe what are you working on and planning to do at least one million times? In his book “Outliers” Malcolm Gladwell writes about a 10,000 hour rule: "The principle holds that 10,000 hours of "deliberate practice" are needed to become world-class … [Read more...]
