Is it by how much money you earn?
Is it by your title and position?
Is it by the house you live in or the car you drive?

What if it is really by how many people you really add value to?
Yes, what if this is how you are really measured?
What would your results look like? People don’t care about what you say, until they know that you care.
This one statement is a critical lesson in being a public speaker, a Leader, a Trainer and a Mentor.
A lot of people talk about how they want to help and create change and do these great things. At the end of the day, many of these same people are not doing one single thing! It is lip service not adding real value or service.
If anyone wants to do great things and make great changes, do one thing first.
How do you eat an elephant? One bite at a time. How do you get to the top of the heap? One step at a time. This is what it takes to add value, to create change.

These are countries steeped in corruption. Open communication, values and honor are almost lost concepts in many of the lives of the people. No more. A movement has been started in going into these countries and training others to train others. Over twenty six other countries have approached John – The President of these countries just like in Paraguay and Guatemala – to come to their country next. Each of us paid our own airfare, room and board.
This is our one step at a time.
What is yours?

Remember how you will be measured. Think about how you can do one thing to add value to someone and do it. Then do it some more.
Imagine if you were able to make someone filled with despair that is losing all hope feel great and feel there is hope. What if instead of spewing out hate from one side or point of view to another every day instead every single person went out of their way to help and add value to one other person every single day? Try it out – let’s see what happens.
