So many people start out the New Year with weight loss goals and new diets – this year will be no different!
The weight loss goals are attached to new fitness center memberships and workout routines.
The new diets are often attached to Nutrisystem subscriptions or Weight Watcher’s Programs.
Before the halfway point in the month of January most of the people who had these wishes and intentions have already given up or eased back to their old habits.
Rather than a focus on losing, let’s instead focus on gaining.
“You can change what you are and where you are by changing what goes into your mind.”
– Zig Ziglar

One book each month isn’t a huge mountain to climb.
What it is – a goal – a commitment to read at least one book each month this coming year.
So here’s my ask – create your list of twelve books that you will read this year.
With the intention – that you will read at least one book each month this coming year.
Then share your list of twelve books and this commitment either here in the comments or on social media and ask your friends to do the same. Ask your friends to make the same commitment and to create their own list of twelve books they will read this year. And to share their list.
This will be a great way to begin the New Year!
